Masjid Fund Raising!

It was done today, at the HUB, to raise money for our new Masjid. It's been three years since the last FundRaising, when we raised enough to buy the land, one acre at the edge of town.

Now we're raising funds for the building. OK, Indiana PA is a small community. How much did we need and how much did we raise? The meeting was held as part of the weekly community Berbuka Puasa event..

Cash and checks: over $26,000.00. Include the Pledges, we raised a total $58,000.00. That's good for a crowd of 100 attendees. We still need $240,000.00 for the total cost of the Islamic Center complex. If any of my readers want to donate money for our masjid, please let me know. I can forward you the relevant information.
